Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Starting a Return
To start a return, please contact us at Support@BareBisque.com.au. Returns must be approved before being sent back. If accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. The return shipping label will be covered by us if approved. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened matcha products or other consumable goods. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Replacements
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to place a new order. If your original item is eligible for return, it will be processed once received.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Delivery Responsibility
Once orders have been dispatched, delivery timeframes are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
